These Terms of Service constitute a legally binding agreement made between you and our firm, concerning your access to and use of this website and our immigration CRM portal.
Important: Use of this website, the client portal, or submission of a contact form does not create a Consultant-Client or Solicitor-Client relationship. * A formal, legally binding relationship is only established once a written Retainer Agreement has been signed by both parties and the initial consultation fee or retainer deposit has been paid. * Information provided on this website is for general informational purposes only and does not constitute legal or immigration advice.
By using the site, you represent and warrant that: 1. All registration information you submit will be true, accurate, current, and complete. 2. You will maintain the accuracy of such information and promptly update it as necessary for your IRCC applications.
All payments for consultations or retainer fees processed through our integrated payment gateways (e.g., Stripe) are subject to the specific refund policies outlined in your signed Retainer Agreement. Generally, consultation fees are non-refundable once the consultation has occurred.
These Terms shall be governed by and defined following the laws of British Columbia, Canada. You irrevocably consent that the courts of British Columbia shall have exclusive jurisdiction to resolve any dispute which may arise in connection with these terms.
